Job duties : Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market. Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets. Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.)
and address related issues promptly. Manage international customer relationships, including contact, meetings, receptions, and visits. Supervise timely payment recoveries from customers and reduce accounts receivable. Assist customers in developing sales policies and promote sales. Job requirements : Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Agriculture, Seed Industry, or related fields. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in agriculture or fertilizer industry. Willing to undertake international business trips. Good communication skills and strong execution capabilities. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with foreigners. Must have local citizenship.
