Will you join us?Overview / Summary:We are looking for an SSO, IDM support technician with at least 2 years of experience and who speaks good English.Responsibilities and Tasks:Single Sign On Implementation and supportImplement authentication solutions for applications based on Siteminder product, ARCOT, and LDAP directory.Work closely with the client to provide the best solution.Resolve incidents related to authentication.Platform Support and Maintenance:Pro-actively monitor through DYNATRACE, manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments (from presentation and application layers to infrastructure layers).Pro-actively manage the capacity of production applications.Customize production tools (monitoring, deployment, scheduling, etc.
