Overview We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our global implementation team for the final phase of a major rollout.
This 17-week, fully remote contract offers experienced EC specialists the chance to troubleshoot, optimize, and document best-practice processes in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities Post-Go-Live Support : Provide functional and technical support during the final phase of the SuccessFactors EC rolloutIssue Resolution : Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues, system gaps, and configuration errorsStakeholder Collaboration : Work with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and identify continuous-improvement opportunitiesKnowledge Transfer & Documentation : Create clear user guides, configuration documentation, and "how-to" materials for administrators and end usersAutonomous Delivery : Operate independently in a fully remote setup, proactively managing tasks and driving project momentumRequired Qualifications & Skills Experience : Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) consultingImplementations : At least one complete full-lifecycle SuccessFactors EC implementation (design, build, test, deploy)Technical Proficiency : Configuration of Foundation Objects, Job Structure, Position Management, Workflows, and Business RulesAnalytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system behavior and recommend scalable solutionsRemote Collaboration : Proven ability to deliver results autonomously in a 100% remote environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Teams / ZoomCommunication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagementDuration : 17 WeeksWorkload : 40 hours per week (Full-Time)Location : Fully Remote – work from anywhere (Global applicants welcome)Seniority level Seniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type Employment type ContractJob function Job function Information TechnologyIndustries IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Focus on SAP by 2x
