Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer service issues; Follow procedures to escalate inquiries when needed; Inform customers about products and services; Use multiple systems to update records accurately; Support and collaborate with the team. Requirements: Fluent in Greek (C1) and good English (B2) Contact center or customer service experience is a plus Quick to adapt to new products, processes, and tech Reliable with good attendance and time management Computer literate.
