SW Engineer for Flowable Process and Case Management Solution Implementation We're Hiring: Software Development Engineer (Java / Oracle / BPMN) Are you passionate about building high-performance enterprise applications?
We're looking for a Software Development Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and optimize mission-critical systems using modern technologies.

What You'll Do Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications with Java and Oracle. Work with BPMN workflows and case management (experience with Flowable is a big plus). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement technical requirements. Review code, maintain best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions. Mentor junior team members and support their development. Stay updated with new technologies and propose improvements. What You Bring Advanced English (spoken and written) — essential for daily team communication. 3+ years of experience in Java-based enterprise application development. Strong knowledge of Java, BPMN, Oracle, and SQL. Experience or willingness to learn Flowable BPM engine quickly. Familiarity with ElasticSearch, JBoss, RHEL (Linux). Proficiency in Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD tools (e.g., Octopus). Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additional Information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
