Company is seeking individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, analytical and results-oriented thinking, to join the Online Policy Support Specialist Team. Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of duties, acting as the primary interface between the Company and our business partners and giving support and solutions to stakeholders on the Company platform. Nearly all decisions are expected to be made independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy.

The Online Policy Support Specialist will be required to engage in frequent written and verbal communication with Sellers, department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other company associates and third-parties to accomplish goals. You will be required to contact Sellers by phone and email.

The experience you provide to Sellers, quality assurance, productivity and timely delivery of individual tasks/projects will be evaluated along with the overall contribution to the development of the functional unit.
Key responsibilities:
· Communicate effectively via email and/or telephone with the stakeholders.
· Take appropriate and quick action to give and help minimize the risk or issue that could appear
· Consistently achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards.
· Provide quick solutions in a fast environment
· Ensure stakeholders follow the policies
What we are looking for:
· Fluency in bothSwedishand English (both written and spoken) with an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses
· Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Excellent problem solving with strong investigation skills.
· Self-disciplined, diligent and proactive and detail oriented.
· Strong Time management and organizational skills.
· Experience with customer service.
· Awareness of how your direct actions impact the business and to the stakeholders’ experience.
· Flexibility to work one weekend day or alternative start-end times
· Positive, results oriented attitude and Strong soft skills.
· Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred experience:
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
· Clear, crisp, and proactive documentation of operational procedures required to tackle known risk related patterns.
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· Proven ability to correctly identify fraud patterns.
· Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement.
· Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns.
· Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.

· Salary: 23.800 + bonus

· Location:Barcelona, Spain
·Start Date: 18 May /1 June 2020
· Working hours: 40 hours per week. Tuesday to Saturday/Sunday to Thursday. From 8:30am to 5:30pm.
