You will be responsible for supporting managing of electricity and gas cut-offs and reconnections, with the team of Spain. As a member of the Invoicing & Switching Department at Eni Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for : - Management and sending of requests for change of supplier, registration and cancellation of supply with distributors (electricity and gas). - Handling and managing of rejections from distributors. - Managing of electricity and gas cut-offs and reconnections. This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements : - Administrative Technician or higher. - Desirable knowledge of the electricity and gas sector, tariffs, and current legislation. - Desirable basic knowledge of physical concepts related to energy (power, energy, voltage level, reactive, measurement units, tariff periods, readings).
