As aCustomer ServiceSpecialist,you’ll be based in Barcelona andwillhelp our clientsin Europewith anyquestions orissues they may encounter when posting jobsonour platform. You’llalso providing support to ensure the success of the job posting. This position is of key importance and will contribute directly to the success of the product in your market and hence offers great growth potential and recognition in the company. Whatyou’lldo: Achieve and maintain service procedures, policies andstandards; work on market specificimprovements as and when needed; Act as a liaison between customersand the product manager thusenhancingthe overall customerexperience; Resolve customer issuesvia phone and email. This also entails answering incoming customer calls regarding payment issues, product problems, service questions, and general customerconcerns; Suggest solutions when a productmalfunctions; Update customer information in the customer servicedatabase; Impact the company’s base line by problem solving and converting seemingly dissatisfied customers into frequent/consistentcustomers; Develop and maintainavast knowledge of the products and services beingoffered; Communicate customer feedbackand insightstothe product manager; Be responsible for someaspects Quality Assurance and backend support; Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standardsas needed. What you bring: You have a Bachelor in Business or any related fields; Youpossess the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone andin writing both inEnglish andFrench; You have2-4years of relevant professional experienceas a Customer Service role in the techindustry; Youare patient and veryattentive when dealing withclients; You are proficient in MS tools, databases andCRMtools; You define yourself as anorganizedperson; You are not afraid to work hard and invest yourself to achievegoals; Youhavegood persuasionskills,you aretenacious and persuasive when handlingcustomers; You have a proactive approach when it comes to problemsolving; You have the willingness to learnnewthings; You’re curious and keepup to date with the industry's best practices and new emergingtrends.
