Your Versatile Role
Coordination of an international team (Spanish and Italian site)Source of information and competent contact for our national and international customersSolution-oriented customer care in collaboration with our application technology and field serviceCalculation of offer prices, creation and follow-up of offersOrder processing incl.
invoicingInterface management with supply chain and logistics as well as independent delivery date coordinationAdministration of customer data and dunning correspondence in collaboration with accountingCoordination of complaints processingSupport for and Coordination with the Area Sales Teams
Your Profile
Completed professional education and a minimum 5 years of relevant business experience in customer service/internal sales – ideally in an industrial international production companyFluency in Spanish, Italian and English is a must, every other language is an assetInitial experience in managing international teams is an advantageVery good IT user knowledge, especially Office (Microsoft) and ERP systemsA customer-oriented, assertive personality with an independent and solution-oriented way of workingCommunication skills, ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility
