Our Madrid office is the hub for all global software development, QA and Product Management. Copado is seeking a talented, committed individual with great energy, and initiative to drive growth as the Technical Recruiter/HR Specialist for one of the fastest growing applications in the Salesforce ecosystem. This person will own full life-cycle recruitment for all technical vacancies, including Software Developers, QA roles, Data Scientists, Front-End Developers and Program Managers for Madrid-based roles in addition to a number of HR programs and responsibilities. Responsibilities Partner with teams to build effective sourcing and assessment, with an ability to manage customer/hiring manager expectations and the entire recruiting process Must be able to understand how to recruit active and passive candidates at all levels Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing software/tools and “living in the ATS” Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive Madrid market research and on-going relationship management Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the organization, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting to deliver the quality results to the customer/hiring manager Participate in special HR projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for the most ‘hard to fill’ openings HR support including employee relations, payroll, benefits, coaching and day-to-day support for the team Basic Qualifications 3-5+ years of recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, agency or corporate 3 Years’ experience in a candidate generation capacity 3 Years’ experience recruiting for Technical or Engineering disciplines Experience with online sourcing techniques Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships Preferred Qualifications Strong client partnership focus and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships Continually seek new sourcing options Develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer Data-focused and desire to operate as a Talent Advisor Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with the Madrid technical talent landscape (target companies, supply and demand, etc)
