Technical Support (Next Generation Sequencing)

Position: Technical Support (Southern Europe) Location: Remote, Spain or Portugal

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support role covering Southern Europe.
This highly collaborative position requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background.
You will work closely with different business sectors to deliver technical support activities that enhance customer satisfaction and promote business growth.

Responsibilities: Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets. Maintain timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions as needed. Analyze regional potential customer groups and gather relevant customer information. Conduct market research and analysis on requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest technologies. Travel as required to support client meetings and company events. Support other business needs as they arise. Qualifications and Skills: PhD or M.S in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields.
Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred. Excellent listening, verbal, and written English communication skills. Proactive with a pioneering spirit; able to multitask and work under pressure. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Native language proficiency is a significant advantage.
