TheTelesales Advisoris responsible for generating revenue, both directly and indirectly for BSI through pro-active telephone activities. This also includes targeting existing and potential new clients, and qualifying enquiries.
As a Telesales Advisor, you will:
Handle inbound telephone enquiries for training courses.
Ensure that the customer/delegates receive the most relevant information for their needs.
Receive web generated enquiries and follow up to “close the sale”
Work with and provide appropriate support to the field-based sales staff.
Proposing qualified sales visits and provide quotations to the customer.
Ensure that the enquiry is systematically followed up.
Maintain sales activity data in the CRM
Provide a weekly activity report.
Outbound telesales activity including - action all sales enquiries to achieve revenue directly and indirectly
Your Key Performance indicators will be:
Achieve/exceed set targets
Ensure all sales leads are qualified and actions set.
Generate new business & sales opportunities via professional handling of incoming calls and proactively making outbound calls.
Conversion of enquiries to visits, quotes and sales revenue
Production of activity summary report
Maintenance and update of client records
Course Occupancy
We are looking for aTelesales Advisorwith excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferably with previous experience in atelephone salesorcustomer facing environment.
So, if you are:
Bright, engaged and positive with a can-do attitude
Proficient inEnglish AND Spanish or French or Italian
Able to thrive on a pressurised environment
Motivated by working to targets and incentives
Prepared to proactively seek sales opportunities.
Able to construct effective proposals and quotations.
Organised, efficient and methodical in approach to administration.
Computer literate
Able to understand the range of products and interpret customer needs
