We offer a Contact Center service for Hotels. It consists in Personalized service to increase, retain and recover sales. We will offer a service to intermediate the needs of the final users and the hotels of national scope. Providing full coverage between customers and the hotel in an omnichannel manner (voice, mail, chat, etc ...) by giving direct, fast and professional response through phone calls, chats, emails, social networks.
Among other activities we will make customer acquisition and loyalty in addition to specific campaigns of the service. (upselling & crosselling in the marketing of reserves).
The activity of the service also involves carrying out campaigns and administrative procedures related to reserves.- Full time job (39 weekly hours) stable shifts
