POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Training Manager Iberia, the Trainer is responsible for training Benefit and Retailer field staff, Local Market and Travel Retail, on Benefit products, services and sales, following Market's Training Strategy.
The Trainer is the bastion of the Benefit brand DNA by leading by example, through positivity, fun and laughter to create serious sales and excellence on customer experience.
Working closely with the Training Manager, Field Supervisors and Retailers Partners, the trainer will ensure all trainings are successfully executed to achieve retail sales objectives.MAIN RESPONSABILITIESBenefit Staff TrainingsInduction Training in-classroom for all newcomers, to ensure they are fully educated on products, services and sales, to provide excellence on customer experience.Field Induction Train the Trainer for Field Supervisors, for them to be able to deliver BA's 1st days of Field Induction, follow up and coach.A-launches Trainings for FSs and collaborate with FSs for BAs trainings, ensuring they are fully educated on the novelties.New services Trainings for FS and for BAs, ensuring they can provide excellence on services.Training Programs as Benefit Annual Convention and Brow Guru, including Brow Certification of all FSs and support on BAs' Certifications.Deliver in-store coaching and trainings for BAs based on identified needs and requests from Training Manager and Sales Team.Store visits with FSs to continuously review education, ensure Benefit Guidelines are followed and identify needs.Ensure all staff has access to physical and digital education tools and partner with FS to track participation rate of e-learnings.Retailer Staff, Local Market and Travel Retail TrainingsLiaise with FSs to support A-launch trainings, induction for Store openings and newcomers.Training Programs roll out as Brow Pro.Ensure staff has access to digital education tools.All Trainings follow local Training Strategy and Calendar defined by the Training Manager.
Tools are provided by Training Manager.
Training Sessions organization includes planning with partners, setting attending list, room and tools, testers and supplies orders, reports of attendance, feedback, action plan and follow up.
Formats of training can be virtual, classroom, in-store, depending on the need.OtherManage allocated budget including T&E, Training Sessions, tools.Attend EU Training Meetings, Local Meetings and other external events when necessary.Various admin tasks.QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of field experience in beauty.Proven ability to coach and educate teams.Excellent presentation, communication, organizational and administrative skills.Experience with Microsoft Office skills, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.Ability to travel as needed (up to 75%).Intermediate English.Education experience preferred.Makeup and Aesthetics Licenses or Certifications preferred.
