We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Conduct process mapping and redesign in alignment with operational teams and Operating Model best practices; Interact with all local operational teams as well as IT teams to implement new processes and tools; Conduct impact analyses; Integrate change management activities into project plan; Coordinate communication efforts: design, development, delivery and management of communications; Identify training needs and support training efforts: Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs; Consult and coach project teams; Manage stakeholders involvement; Build excitement and monitor engagement of the teams before, during and after the change process; Identify resistances and blockers for implementation of new processes and tools and define proper mitigation actions; Conduct Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs); Develop Business Cases for project implementation, including definition of measurable goals and financial analysis; Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress; Track and report issues; Technical Skills requirements : Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools; Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle; Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences; Experience in Training Plan, Training Materials, Training the Trainer, Online Training; Experience of delivering workshops and focus groups; Problem solving and root cause identification skills; Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges; Project Management (PMBok and/or Prince 2) Workflow tools (Desirable) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization; Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal; Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others; Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills; Forward looking with a holistic approach; Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere; A willingness to learn about new processes; Ability to work under stress; Sense of responsibility. Requirements Graduation in Business, Human Resources, or related areas; 5+ years of experience in Large Scale Projects (New technology implementation, Organizational Changes); Green Belt Certification preferred but not essential; PMI or Prince2 preferred but not essential; Good knowledge of the English language both verbally and written; Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Visio or similar.
