Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a User Experience (UX) Specialist with proven experience working in Salesforce environments.
The primary mission of this role is to provide UX support for CRM-related initiatives, collaborating with technology teams, integration partners, and business units to ensure alignment with best practices and user needs. Main responsabilities Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, use cases, user personas, scenarios, site maps, flows, and customer journeys.Design wireframes and interactive prototypes (low, medium, and high fidelity) to test and refine design concepts.Define and implement navigation patterns aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) best practices.Carry out user testing and usability assessments to identify pain points and areas for improvement.Analyze usage metrics and user feedback data to support continuous design improvements.Present design recommendations and key findings to stakeholders.Ensure high-quality user experience based on Salesforce design standards. Mandatory Skills At least 2+ years hands-on experience in UX design within Salesforce platforms.At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).Salesforce certification in User Experience (UX) and/or Strategy Designer (preferred).
