Furthermore, Capital Finance team leads the execution of Santander Green Investment, a platform investing in renewable energy projects under development and construction.Working as Vice President presents an opportunity to assist in the identification, evaluation, execution, and management of investment opportunities in energy assets. The role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual seeking a dynamic work environment. The Vice President will lead the end-to-end execution of a transaction, which includes conducting the financial due diligence and analysis, preparing the materials for Investment and Risk Committees, and negotiating relevant documentation,having direct client exposure and coordinating with the client and different areas involved in the projects such as the risk, legal, markets, and distribution teams.
