We are looking for someone who is ready for the opportunity to grow with the company and the industry. Responsibilities: Focus on the sale of used equipment, as well as major parts sales. Inspect and document used equipment currently in inventory and new used equipment purchases as they come in. Update our used equipment webpage with relevant data and equipment in inventory. Ensure proper pricing, descriptions, and images. Identify, research and contact prospective customers, build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business. Make sales calls to new and existing clients, follow up on sales activity. Contribute to sales products, promotions & marketing collateral to maximize sales opportunities. Develop, execute, and follow through with the sales action plan and strategy created. Report on sales and quoting information, updates, progress. Gather competitive intelligence, and monitor competitors, market conditions and industry product development. Maintain the CPS system. Commitment to Collicutt Core Values. All other duties as assigned. Education & Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales required, industry-related experience an asset. Technical background in transmissions, power ends, generators, engines and related components would be an asset. High level of initiative, strong analytical and decision-making skills, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills. Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the Power Generation/Gas Compression/Oilfield industries and related equipment. Strong industry-specific technical knowledge. Able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight and international travel as required. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Established customer service focus with experience in customer problem resolution. Strong work ethic, high sense of motivation and goal-oriented mindset
