This is mandatory to be considered for screening.Master's degree, preferably in Engineering or other technical faculties :Fluent Spanish / Portuguese and English - C1-C2 Level required3-7 years' experience in consultancy (preferably high value-added consulting firms) , with current position as Consultant / Sr.Consultant / Digital ExpertPassion for technology , process innovation , tools, change management and work with and for peopleWillingness to make the difference from strategic transformation plans to implementation and measurement, and most important : Make things happen!Proficiency in Agile methodology. Preferably Agile Certification.Deep knowledge and proven track record specially in Telco and / or Industrial and in other industries with similar requirements than the followings :Telco :you have participated in digital / Business transformation initiatives / operations review projects for primary CMT operators / subcontractors in Spain / Portugal or abroad and you have developed vertical skills on core processes you have a good knowledge of the TelCo application architecture landscape and of at least one core IT solution, has knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies Preferred requirements : participation in transformation program definitions, customer journey design / customer experience review projects of IT PMI;optimization of multichannel customer operations and CTI and CRM solutions, design and implementation of outsourcing, implementation of Billing solutions, review of operations and network management systems, implementation of RPA programs, data governance management, development of IOT solutions, implementation of advanced analytics solutionsIndustrial :you have participated in transformation program definitions, digital transformation initiatives / operations review projects for leading industrial operators in Spain / Portugal / abroad and have developed vertical skills on core processes you have a good knowledge of S&OP systems, SAP ECC or S4, transportation management , warehouse management or demand forecasting, has knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies Preferred requirements : participation in supply chain innovation projects and production models, demand forecasting systems / MPS / MRP and production (MES), distribution logistics solutions, digital twins / IoT / industry 4.0, automation projects / RPA, analytics and data governance, ERP in international contextsLanguage RequirementsSpanish and / or Portuguese (C2 - fluent) and English (C1-C2 - fluent)#J-18808-Ljbffr
