We use our AI-powered observability and advanced AI Ops to give teams the precise, automated insights and context they need to proactively deliver better customer experiences and drive better business outcomes.Real User and Synthetic monitoring combined with movie-like session replay, provide application optimization, enhanced customer experience, and superior customer support across all digital channels.In this role, you'll:Drive the end-to-end solution experience alongside the Solution Experience Lead and other designers – with artefacts as required to ensure the customer experience is optimal: for example, customer journeys, use cases, and persona development.Collaborate closely with the solution experience lead, product managers, engineering, and other UX designers in product-led growth initiatives by highlighting Dynatrace value and differentiation in-product, to drive customer adoption and contribute to meeting business goals.Plan and perform qualitative and quantitative user research, collect and analyze data, and help identify pain points, prioritize their resolution, and translate insights from both qualitative & quantitative data to inform your designs.Be hands-on to visualize, prototype, test, and measure design solutions – e.G., with information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups...Facilitate and plan workshops to encourage design thinking.Act as a customer advocate while continuously partnering with product managers, product owners, experience leads, and other design practitioners to ensure consistency across the solution.Uphold user-centered design principles and evangelize its methodologies and values to stakeholders, cross-department teams, and subject matter experts.You will love this job if:You can drive projects with a great sense of ownership, autonomy, proactivity, and optimism.You thrive and deeply enjoy working with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams and appreciate a vivid team spirit.You are a motivated self-starter — with a strong growth mindset and desire to humanize things.You give and receive feedback freely and constructively, always open to learning and improving
