(28/3/2024) Head of Global Sourcing Tower Operations (m/f/d) YOUR TASKS:Responsible for tower operations. To be responsible for tower planning. Meeting point between purchasing, quality and GPO. Ensure, plan, manage and meet the demands of the company in terms of capacity and delivery of towers.Production and capacity planning in our different factories. Manage projects, control execution and manufacturing at the different end to end suppliers. Critical supplier management. Responsible for the tower procurement organization.Responsible for operations in Global Steel Towers. YOUR PROFILE:Technical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, electrical or economical engineeringSeveral years of professional experience in a comparable positions/task.Fluent English skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team, willingness to drive change and improvement.Open, dynamic, and organized way of working.Keen on working on international environment and face new challenges.Responsible, service-oriented, and independent way of working.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
