Job Title: Senior SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant Location: Anywhere in Germany Job Summary: As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end SAP FSM solutions for our clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP FSM modules to design, implement, and optimize field service management processes, enabling clients to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyzing existing systems and processes, and providing expert guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities: Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of SAP FSM solutions tailored to meet clients' field service management objectives and requirements. Implementation: Manage the implementation of SAP FSM modules, including Service Order Management, Workforce Scheduling and Dispatching, Mobile Field Service, and Spare Parts Management. Configuration: Configure SAP FSM modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. Integration: Integrate SAP FSM with other SAP modules (such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM) and third-party systems (e.g., GIS, IoT platforms) to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Customization: Customize SAP FSM functionality through enhancements, user exits, and custom developments to address unique business needs. Testing: Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing activities to validate the functionality, performance, and integrity of SAP FSM solutions. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure effective utilization of SAP FSM systems and processes. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation including functional specifications, technical designs, configuration guides, and user manuals. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, field service technicians, project managers, and technical teams, to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of SAP FSM updates, enhancements, and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in field service management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience in SAP FSM implementation and consulting, with a focus on field service management. Expertise in SAP FSM modules, including Service Order Management, Workforce Scheduling and Dispatching, Mobile Field Service, and Spare Parts Management. Proficiency in SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Strong understanding of field service management processes, including service planning, resource allocation, work order management, and service execution. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and CRM modules is desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
