Day end closing is done properly. Process guest registrations, including the computation and collection of payment. Perform nightly balancing of all services to ensure proper posting to property management system. Provide guest assistance whilst ensuring compliance with all front office policies, procedures, standards, and satisfaction of guests' needs. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.- Conocimientos y experiência en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.**Requirements**:The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:- Opera PMS knowledge.- Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position.- Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.- Speak Spanish and English.
