Role:Working within the ExoClick Customer Services department, you will have the responsibility for providing our clients with the highest level of client service. Additionally, you will have targets to meet in generating additional client revenues through sharing product knowledge and upselling. The Client Care team works 24/7 providing assistance to all our clients around the globe, through Emails and/or Live Chat, in a fast-paced energetic environment. The role will involve challenging problem solving and requires logical and technically minded applicants.Responsibilities Point of contact for client communication via Email/Ticket & Live ChatHelp clients working with the ExoClick platform, ensuring internal procedures are followed and maintaining consistently high standards of work.Taking ownership of unresolved issues and following them through to the customer's complete satisfaction.Troubleshoot 1st level technical issues for internal productsManage workflows/reports to agreed KPIsIdentify business opportunities for revenue growth and work closely with our Sales departmentEssential Requirements Previous customer service experience (Minimum 2 years)Bachelor degree or equivalent. Degree in languages highly valued. You are fluent in/or native EnglishStrong oral and written communicationMulti-tasking abilities and good time management skills. AnalytIcal skills.
