The Global Agile CoE (Center of Excellence) initiative is recruiting experienced Agile Coaches who will work on scaled Agile transformations of Allianz Technology, the IT Provider of the Allianz Group. Through one globally identical E2E Agile Way of Working at Allianz Technology, we have for ambition to organize for independent product teams, align governance to products, tech enablement and focus on craftsmanship with skills & talent. We ultimately aim to adapt to customer needs by delivering more value and increase customer satisfaction in decreased delivery times. Our Agile Blueprint structure is based on the Spotify model with area's, tribes, chapters etc.

You will: Be the trusted partner for the Area leads, Tribe leads and Chapter Area leadsGuide the transformation of a product area end-to-end, from first interaction with area lead to the handover to area transformation teamCo-create area agile transformation roadmap towards self-sustaining organization (together with area transformation team), including high level estimates on timing, targets and metricsDeveloping the agile mindset and capabilities of the organization (training, coaching, challenge on agile value & principles)Challenge the transformation story, structures, and processes of existing product areas, execute baseline assessments and perform gap analysis with the Allianz Agile Blueprint as referenceBe the sparring partner for other agile roles: product owners, scrum master, chapter leadersFacilitate the definition of the transformation story of a new product area, including purpose and desired stateFacilitate workshops e.g., value stream mapping, area and tribe setupHelp design and build for scale within product areaHelp facilitate scaled ceremonies e.g., big room planning, big room review, Quarterly Business ReviewsSupport the setup of centre of excellence and community of practices within the product areaCreate an environment where we can keep innovating our products and processes through empowered cross functional teamsBachelor's degree in a computer-related field, IT, or related field skills, or the equivalent combination of training and experience.5+ years 'experience in an agile context e.g. in the role of agile coach, senior scrum master of agile consultantMinimum of 2 years' experience being integral part of a scaled agile organization as agile coach, release training engineer or scrum masterExperience in working with the Spotify model, Objectives & Key Results (OKR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) is a big plusYou have experience in coaching middle and senior management in agile mindset & behaviourYou have one or more of these certifications psm-2, pspo-2, a-csm, a-cspo,a-csd, management 3.0, PAL-E, SAFe, Spotify model, LeSS, Kanban, DevOps, Lean from well-known institutesYou are courageous to confront people on all levels in a respectful manner and can make people enthusiasticYou can connect people and have good stakeholder management and communication skills towards senior management and executives.You have experience with the Liberating Structures and facilitating various workshops including value stream mapping, customer journeys, agile guilds, agile community of practicesYou apply the system thinking approach and feel comfortable working in an international environment with various culturesOther recommended skills: customer centric, storytelling, consultancy skills, emotional intelligence, conflict handling, analytical skillsExperience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and MiroFluent in English language both spoken and writtenAbility to travelWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroadWe believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location)From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fosteredFlexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach About Allianz Technology Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
