Entering the next stage of growth, Rising Industry Holdings is excited to add an ambitious Vice President of Finance to the team!--The ideal teammate:Youre bringing strong finance and accounting principles from similar (stage and/or industry) companies while maintaining a detail-oriented eye on the financial integrity of the company. You provide accurate financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting to facilitate well informed decision-making that will drive business growth and youre able to advise the Company on the appropriate amount of debt or equity financing to raise at the appropriate time, playing an integral part in the fundraising process. Youre a responsive leader that can articulate opportunities and challenges equally effectively.-Youre also able to empower, inspire and lead our talented finance team.-This will allow you to step out of the day-to-day finance responsibilities and think strategically about the requirements of the broader business. You spearhead business intelligence and unlock insights and processes that maximize performance across sales, operations, product and marketing. Youre able to work with our external Counsel to maximize value and minimize risk while negotiating customer, supplier and partner contracts.
