While our focus will be on the Amazon ads, having experience across multiple platforms is key as we offer a full suite of advertising solutions for our customers. The right candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with the team, as well as be willing to step up in helping push forward the development of our product. The Account Manager works with customers and provides data-driven support, delivering results to help our customers' revenues grow.Key Responsibilities-Campaign Management:Create, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to meet client objectives.Conduct keyword research and optimize ad targeting to maximize campaign performance.Bid Management:Monitor and adjust keyword bids to achieve optimal ad placement, return on ad spend (ROAS), sales, and total advertising cost of sale (TACOS).Implement bid strategies and budget allocation based on client goals.Keyword Research and Optimization:Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-converting and relevant search terms.Continuously optimize keyword lists, ad copy, and product listings to improve campaign performance.Data Analysis:Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Generate reports and provide insights to clients on campaign performance.Competitor Analysis:Conduct competitive research to stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies.Develop strategies to outperform competitors on Amazon.Budget Management:Manage client advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing results.Client Communication:Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.Present performance reports and campaign insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner.Amazon Advertising Platform Expertise:Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and features on the Amazon Advertising platform.Leverage advanced Amazon tools and technologies to optimize campaigns.Strategic Planning:Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.Team Collaboration:Work alongside our data science team to build additional automations into our product suite.Work with campaign managers to optimize campaigns and budgets through disciplined analysis for the best possible ROAS and sales growth.Additional Areas of Responsibility-Account Audit Presentations:Collaborate with the sales team to present audit findings to potential customers, demonstrating our expertise and the value we bring.Utilize audit insights to tailor proposals and recommendations that resonate with potential clients, contributing to the successful closure of deals.Effectively communicate complex data and strategies in a clear and compelling manner during client presentations.Webinars and Lead Generation:Work with the marketing team to participate in webinars aimed at educating the audience about Amazon PPC best practices and industry trends.Leverage webinars as a platform to generate new leads and expand the client base for the sales team.Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for referrals within their networks.QualificationsMust HavesBS degree in an advertising, marketing, digital media, or a quantitative discipline: statistics, finance, economics, etc.3+ years of experience managing accounts or working within a Customer Success teamMUST HAVE AMAZON AND PPC EXPERIENCE - Please do not apply if you do not have either Amazon selling or Amazon PPC experienceMust be a self-starter, able to work independently and in a team environmentMust be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office and Google Suite applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize accordingly with a flawless client-centric focusExperience interpreting, analyzing, and reporting on data trends, and making strategic and creative recommendations based on findingsExperience presenting analytics reports in a clear, effective, and dynamic manner to clients and agency account managersEnglish skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English)Nice to HavesExperience with data visualization software is a big plus (Looker or Tableau)Coding experience is a big plus (SQL, Python, etc)Familiarity with inventory or supply chain is a plusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize, compile compelling narratives, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audience, including customers, customer success and executivesExperience influencing strategy through data-driven analysis and presentationsCertifications (Google, Facebook, Amazon) are a plusBenefitsCompetitive payUnlimited paid time off (PTO)Fully remote - work from anywhere you're comfortableStipend for laptop & home office set upSemiannual company-wide offsite trips401(k) investing plan with employer matchHealth benefitsPaid maternity/paternity leave#J-18808-Ljbffr
