KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Support contract start-upsTraining internal and new team menbers (Metris tools)Technical Support OPP contracts (Iberia, EMEA)Interface between technical specialists and local engineersSupport regional manager on sales presentation, share and evaluate opportunities, technical proposalsSupport on contract reportsSupport on identify project opportunitiesCustomer interface.TECHNICAL SKILLS : Language : English (mandatory)Automation knowledge backgroundKnowledge on advanced controls (fuzzy logic, artificial neural network, etc.)Pulp and paper industrial backgroundStatistical tools knowledgeBasic knowledge of instrumentationKnowledge on PDCA Loop (Plan, Do, Act and Check) Overall equipment efficiency, Performance IndicatorsANDRITZ IT Tools (Andritz platforms, Metris, CRM, etc)SCHOOL EDUCATION : Bachelor degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechanical, Eletronics, Chemical) or IT.
