Key Responsibilities Support contract start-ups Training internal and new team members (Metris tools) Technical Support OPP contracts (Iberia, EMEA) Interface between technical specialists and local engineers Support regional manager on sales presentation, share and evaluate opportunities, technical proposals Support on contract reports Support on identifying project opportunities Customer interface Technical Skills Language: English (mandatory) Automation knowledge background Knowledge on advanced controls: fuzzy logic, artificial neural network, etc. Pulp and paper industrial background Statistical tools knowledge Basic knowledge of instrumentation Knowledge on PDCA Loop (Plan, Do, Act and Check) Overall equipment efficiency, Performance Indicators ANDRITZ IT Tools: Andritz platforms, Metris, CRM, etc. School Education Bachelor degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical) or IT.
