Reporting to Director of Business Management you will manage our ASO team, leading and shaping ASO strategy across the portfolio. In this role you will need to have a strong analytical and strategic mindset who can work collaboratively with game teams, product marketing, UA. You will be fully remote.
Responsibilities Reporting to Director of Business Management you will be responsible for leading and shaping ASO strategy across the portfolioPartner with cross-functional stakeholders (eg. producers, product marketing, UA) to ensure ASO best practices and recommendation are implemented at all stages of developmentDevelop an understanding of roadmaps and performance across the portfolio and identify opportunities, and develop strategies for growthAbility to build growth models and install forecastsKeep up with the latest ASO and mobile marketing trends and bring in innovation, new knowledge, tools and platforms that further our ASO efforts
Requirements Education: BA / BSSenior level experience in marketing with a track record of improving conversion ratesExperience driving and executing ASO A/B testing strategy and metadata optimisationsExperience managing peopleA good understanding of the algorithms that power the App storesExperience working across multiple projects/productsExperience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and building relationships with partnersProactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners
