Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.About the roleWe currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Assistant Restaurant Manager (All Day Dining) to join our pre-opening team! Reporting into the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation, for our All-Day Dining Restaurant.What you will doResponsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Food and Beverage team, being visible in the operation ensuring we are recognizing our guests and cultivating new guest relationships, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to plan and develop menus and wine lists, controlling expenses through effective planning, budgeting and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests feel receive the highest levels of service excellence.What you bringOur ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
