Responsibilities: – Oversee and take charge of all administrative duties in the office, suggest improvements to enhance office environment
– Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure
– Relationship management of local vendors
– Draft emails, internal and external communications.
– Help support with payroll, accounting and reporting.
– To provide administrative support to People team as needed
– You will work on ad-hoc tasks and projects, as requested
– Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance.
– Maintain high levels of confidentiality
Requirements: – Min. 1 year of experience as office manager or personal assistant or similar role.
– Excellent level of English and Spanish, other languages are beneficial
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy when under pressure
– You are a responsible, proactive, energetic team player always striving to achieve the best results.
– A "can do" attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to take on an increasing level of responsibility
– Excellent communication skills
– Excellent at time and project management, able to deal with multiple tasks at once and ensures everything gets done in a timely manner
– Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment; doesn't get frustrated by priorities changing and is open to feedback
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
– Attention to detail, problem-solving skills
– Eligibility to work in the EU
