Job Summary. Manager – Payments – BNPLJob PurposeThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Bajaj Finance has been recently granted with a PPI license and in accordance with that Wallet as an Issuance product has been launched recently. Incumbent's role will be to build a Business around it by launching BNPL products associated with PPI.Job Duties & Key Responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibility . Bajaj Finance has been recently granted with a PPI license and in accordance with that Wallet as an Issuance product has been launched recently. Incumbent's role will be to scale up Wallet online BNPL product. . To work with COE to set up product & processes of BNPL product. . To work with risk & identify best segment from which to source product. . To work with collections on mobilising digital re-payments from defaulting customers. . Work with BNPL Senior Lead in ensuring healthy funnel and minimum drop offs in loan journey. . Experience on Campaign management tools (like – Clevertap Moengage Oracle Responsys Google Analytics) . Good understanding of Digital business (specific to Mobile App) Skill set . Previous experience with PPI products will be preferred. . Good understanding of Payment Products and business: Bill Payments Wallet UPI & Credit card . Sound knowledge of Advanced MS tools Excel PowerPoint etc. . Good understanding of Digital business Required Qualifications and Experience . MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 4-5 years of experience . Previous experience (2-4 years) with PPI products will be preferred. . High degree of passion and self-belief. . Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. . Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. . Should possess the below skill sets: – Stakeholder Management – Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Analytical & Problem-Solving skills Total Year of Experience 4-5 yearsRequired Qualifications and Experience.
