ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Bartender M/F to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: - Learn the cocktails on the menu and the list of classic cocktails provided. Understand and know about the products used. - Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, respecting our basic rules: use of jiggers at all times, perfectly measured, clean bar tools, swift response time. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to provide the best drinking experience without a hint of pretension. - Communicate to the servers and barbacks their needs well in advance. - Participate in the creation of the cocktail menu. - Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs, present the cocktails menu and make recommendations. - Take drinks orders. - Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations. - Communicate with the Bar Manager for inventory issues, client comments, and general reporting.
