Engage with technical teams, pricing experts, contracts specialists, procurement professionals, partners, subcontractors, and talented graphic designers and editors, both internally and externally, and leave your mark on successful bids and impactful outcomesThe self-development and continuous learning of our team is a priority, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to access a wide portfolio of training sources.All Bid Professionals at ICF are APMP certified, this ensures the team learn and applies industry best practices within ICF procedures.The primary responsibilities will include: - Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes. - Coordination of proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solutioning, marketing, finance, commercial, legal and project delivery. - Coordination of administrative and qualifying evidence required by the customer. - Ensuring proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting, and quality standards. - Administrative support to Bid Managers and Senior Bid Managers within the team on large, complex proposals. - Support in building and maintaining our internal knowledge management systems.Required skills and experience: - Around 2 years' work experience in proposal coordination, preferably in a consulting environment, - Understanding of public-sector procurement processes and market
