And if that's you we would love to have you join us!**Job Description**:The LCS Billing Administrator works closely with the Contract and Project coordinators, Field Engineers, and the Customer Care team across the EMEA region. Their primary responsibilities include audit and release of submitted system transactions, review of the approval process and documentation from order entry to customer billing, and creation of credit documents.OPERATIONAL ROLE FOR EMEA REGION:- Auditing and releasing customer orders according to internal policy and process- Review and resolution of incomplete customer billing- Audit and control of system transactions entered by Field Engineers- Control of appropriate projects completion- Creation of Credit documents- Run, monitor, and share diverse system reportings helping to maintain business accuracy- Participate in internal and external auditsBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESTHOUGHT- Understand the value of being customer-focused internally and externally of the company- Manage the complexity of information and multiple stakeholders to find solutionsRESULTS- Focused on priorities and utilizes resources across the business to achieve goals- Great personal planning skillsPEOPLE- Involve the right people to obtain required information and perspectives- Be self-confident and suitably assertive to ensure that business transactions are correctly entered by all partiesSELF- Personally accountable for ethical, legal, and security-based actions- Embracing change and adapting the role to meet current business requirementsADDITIONAL SKILLS- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a role requirement- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency when entering data in business systems- Availability for month-end activities
