We currently have an exciting opportunity for a BMS Team Leader (Fluency in English at a native or near-native level) with a digital interest. As the heart of our company, the BMS Department is made up of different teams and is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships with our partners. You will be working directly alongside our Head of Operations and CEO. Supervising and guiding the BMS team, as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets; ? Handle new recruitments, set objectives, coach the team and monitor their performance; ? Maintaining communications between company departments; ? Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients; ? Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base; ? Regularly attending company meetings and training sessions; ? Clients evaluation;? Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status; ? Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Required experience and skill set:? Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position; ? Experience in B2B and tech environments; ? A proactive, 'can do' and a 'get-the-job-done' attitude; ? Must be well organized and be able to self-manage tasks/schedules; ? Analytical and detail-oriented; ? Possess multitasking skills and be able to see situations from multiple angles; ? Adaptability and astrong desire to self-learn and research in this field; ? Must be a clear communicator; ? Strong analytical skills, CRM and reporting tools; ? Excellent communication skills; ? Negotiation skills;? Strong business sense and fantastic problem-solving abilities; ? Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally; ? Skilled in Google Suite (Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, etc
