How to contribute to our vision:Work with the customers and key business stakeholders on the new business pipeline development for strategically targeted future market opportunities across Onshore and Offshore market landscape.Lead key developments in new market segments utilizing the knowledge and know-how of the current SGRE portfolio.Map the value chain and determine targets for growth that meet profit objectives including Other Original Equipment Manufacturer (OOEM); outsource; acquisitions etc.Design and implement processes to track and measure progress on agreed plans for the regional leadership.Developing and executing customer strategy service portfolio within SEA Region agreeing in test and prototypes to validate initiatives.Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders to adapt current portfolios to new business opportunities.Work with internal stakeholders to devise and implement strategies and plans that facilitate business growth for the region that address new market opportunities across the renewables value chain.Establish business development strategies to ensure overall organizational strategy is followed.Face of SGRE at events and conferences driving external placing and reputation of SGRE when it comes to future renewable strategies.What you need to make a difference:Knowledge of market dynamics in the renewable industry portfolio. Experience in handling complex and high value impact (Business P&L potential) topics, critical to make decisions on the long-term strategy for the organization.Highly proficient at managing executive level seniority in both internal organization and with external customers and stakeholdersExperience in managing complex projects with external customers from development to completion as a baseline for the strategic development of the market for SGRERole model in leading the market developments and active person in the external renewable market dynamics.High level skills in business development & project management roles with industrial background required. Managing Director & Sales profile would be a plus.Person who is able to present confidently to senior management and executives internal or external to the business and also capable of putting at ease individuals at any level within the organization.English, and Spanish mandatory.
