We help our customers make critical decisions every day by providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services.Wolters Kluwer is currently looking for a Buyer.Essential Duties and responsibilities:Purchase order managementInvoice managementPurchase tool maintenanceVendor selection, setup and evaluation of:Fleet managament : negotiation and contracting of company carsFleet management in case of car reassignments: return & handover of cars, cleaning, tecnical revision,...Mobile phone negotiation and management of the linesTravel agency negotiation and management of all users in their platformTaxi (Cabify) negotiation and management of all users in their platformAnnual negotiation of electricity supplierProcurement of office materialProcurement and leasing of IT equipment and printers (in cooperation with GBS IT)Procurement of software licences (in cooperation with GBS IT)Negotiation and contracting of facilities suppliers:Cleaning, maintenance, reception desks, plague controls (insects, rats,..), catering services, air purifiers,sanitary waste, security, fire prevention, vending machines and water fountains, furniture, interior design, construction and remodelingJob Qualification and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business,IT, Supply ChannelFluent in English and SpanishDemostrated experienced minumum 2 years in soucing, negotiation and Facilities managementSAP knowledge is a plusAbility to manage multiple project at one time
