MYyachtcrew has started her search for a solid ROTATIONAL CAPTAIN to join a beautiful private 36m S/YShe is old and stunning, a real classic but upgraded and equipped with many modern features in the recent years.Rotation: Also flexible but somewhere in between 2:2 and 3:3Requirements:-Valid STCW, ENG1 and YM Ocean-We are after a proper sailer with ample experience on similar sized classic sail yachts and stories to tell-Ok with sharing a cabin-Must be keen to commit to the program long term-Have great references as they will all get checked-Someone who loves his job and the ocean, hard working who can support his crew when tired mid season and keep them motivated, keen to continue exploring and give the guests the best experience. A likable captain that leads by example. Great local knowledge and contacts.
