Identification, selection, prioritization and planning of production projects, trainings and investments. Foster continuous improvement. Lead and support actively Lean-OPEX (Operational Excellence) projects and initiatives. Local and international. Ensure costs and OEE optimizationSupport and active contribution to Complaints ManagementMain contact and support for QHSE audits related to production areaEnsure on-time update of production processes documentation, registers and standards. Support HR Cycles: Talent review, Assessments, Training plan, salary review, etc. Coordination with global functions for production topics: FMEA's, recipes, standards, etc. Benchmark and sharing of best practices within EPN and Global Networks. Support EPN coordinatorCoordination, regular communication,support and empowerment of production employeesSupport the identification and development of potentials in coordination with Director Operations and HRDirect reporting to Director Operations & SEO KLI Inmediate communication to Director Operations and Quality Committee of any relevant deviation or incident in the production area Qualifications: Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalentAPICS certification or equivalent education in Supply Chain ManagementSAP Key UserLanguage: High level of English and Spanish mandatory.
