Email#Human Resources Strategy#Business Engagement#Talent Development#Coaching#Talent Acquisition#Change Management#Leadership, People & Culture#High… We are searching for talent to join our Global Sales & Marketing / Commercial Strategy Team!As a member of the Global Sales & Marketing/Commercial Strategy function, this role (based in Madrid) will:Help shape the approach of our overall commercial strategy with senior leadership from headquarters and commercial regions to maximize short-term and long-term value delivery.Drive the definition, planning, and execution of specific strategies to drive our future business with a focus on commercial excellence. This includes optimizing processes, enhancing our operating model to drive effective and efficient customer engagement, and driving a culture of continuous improvement as our business units grow. Lead strategic projects by structuring complex business problems, synthesizing relevant data, and delivering recommendations. Examples of projects could include developing a customer segmentation framework, establishing new omnichannel sales channels such as inside / remote sales or e-commerce sales, and identifying organizational structure changes to drive efficiency.Lead our initiative owners to develop multi-year strategies that breakdown a 5-year vision into concrete deliverables year over year.Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information, conduct detailed financial / data analysis, and drive effective communication.Recommend decisions and strategic changes to senior leaders across the company based on insights and analysis from internal and external sources.We are looking for you if you're a self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset that can work efficiently under deadlines, able to lead projects and handle multiple tasks independently and effectively, with experience in a multinational company and a background in Business development topics!Minimum Knowledge, Education and Skill Requirements3-5 Minimum years of relevant work experienceMinimum education, certifications and/or credentials: Bachelors DegreeMinimum hard skill requirements (including computer and application proficiency):TableauMS ExcelMS PowerPoint with strong presentation skillsExperience designing and leading workshopsProject Management, Fluent in English – verba l and wri ttenPreferred:Preferred years of relevant work experience: 7 yearsPreferred education, certifications and/or credentials: MBA or PhDPreferred hard skills requirements: Fluent in Spanish, Solid Experience in Strate gy frameworks and Business Case development.Preferred soft skill requirements: Consulting background / exposure; MedTech experience – Digital Health / Medical Devices preferred; German or any other language skillsInterpersonal skills: this role will have contact with:GSM (extended) leadership teamsCorporate and Commercial Strategy leadersSenior leaders within commercial regions, Global Marketing, and Global RevOpsGlobal Research & Development leadershipGlobal Finance planning and controllingCore Function:Must be able to maintain productive working relationships and treat fellow employees with respect.Accountable to drive project / initiative results as assigned on-time and with high quality of deliverables.Compliance with every Company policies for occupational health and safety to prevent accidents.Compliance with Company Quality & Compliance policies, SOP´s, instructions and relevant work regulations.Travel Up to 20%, including internationallyOther duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the job and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.Nivel de antigüedad IntermedioChief Operating Officer (COO)/Project Manager Digital & Ecommerce Director - Start up sector retail#J-18808-Ljbffr
