Job Purpose We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Systems Manager to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating commercial and customer systems, ensuring the success of transformation projects and programs.
Main Accountabilities Manage the budget for commercial and customer systems. Coordinate and prioritize activities, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure efficient implementation. Lead procedural strategy to optimize Commercial and Customer processes. Ensure the success of the commercial distribution and customer service system transformation project, requiring outstanding dedication and effort during the first year of the project. Main Relationships IT Customer Commercial Education Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience in budget management and team coordination.

Competencies Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and lead procedural strategy. Experience in transformation projects and programs. Teamwork ability, clarity in communication, and leadership skills. Eagerness to learn, proactive, dynamic, and adaptable to changes. Languages Spanish - C1
