Functions of the nominated Role : APPLICANTS MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN SPAIN.The Compliance Monitoring Manager (CAMO) will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Compliance Monitoring function across the Part CAMO/Part M approval base. Acting as a unique focal point, reporting to the Accountable Manager and the Authority in all matters related to Compliance.
Role & Responsibilities • The Aircamo Aviation Limited Compliance Monitoring Manager (CAMO) is responsible for management of the company's Compliance Monitoring including: • Liaising with the UK CAA, EASA, and NAA Regulators. • Overseeing the CAMO Approvals (Part CAMO (Annex Vc) and Part M (Annex I) and NAA equivalents. • Ensure that the activities of Aircamo Aviation Ltd are monitored for compliance with the applicable requirements and any additional requirements as established by Aircamo Aviation Ltd, and that these activities are carried out properly under the supervision of the organisation-nominated persons. • Ensure any contracted maintenance is monitored for compliance with the contract or work order. • Develop, deliver and maintain a risk-based audit program to cover all regulatory requirements in the required period, carried out as planned and on time, to show full compliance with the regulations. • Ensure non-conformities and non-compliances are addressed in a timely manner by the relevant departments and the verifying of corrective actions. • Ensure that the assessment of sub-contractor and contracting companies is conducted and acted upon, including the assessment of all suppliers is conducted and acted upon. • Ensure the records of training, competence and experience of airworthiness management employees are maintained and the issuing and control of authorisations is carried out correctly. • Ensure the amending and monitoring of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME), procedures, forms handbooks and is carried out and meets the required level of compliance with the appropriate regulations. • To control and maintain the Aircamo Aviation Ltd document control system. • To ensure that audits carried out by customers and NAA regulators prove a high level of compliance in the Company and findings are addressed within the prescribed time requirement. • Liaise with and support the Safety Manager and the organisation's Safety Management System.
Qualifications and Experience • 5 years minimum experience in the aviation industry – either in aircraft Continuing Airworthiness, Maintenance or Production. • Previous experience as Form 4 holder (Nominated person) accepted by UK CAA and EASA. • Good knowledge of aviation Continuing Airworthiness, Maintenance, Production and Design with a good knowledge of the UK CAA, EASA and OTAR regulations. • Formal regulatory training (UK CAA / EASA P145, Part CAMO, Part 21J & 21G, Part 147, Aviation Safety (SMS) • Auditor trained and a comprehensive track record in successful delivery • Experience of Maintenance error & Safety investigative techniques • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Project, Excel, Powerpoint and Word to enable the production of project plans, databases and reports in support of the Compliance function activity. • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across different levels of the Business. • Pro-active approach demonstrating commercial awareness.
