You will lead the creation of new content while curating existing content for translation and localization as appropriate. You will manage content distribution and publishing via our websites, blogs, social and other media.In order to inform the strategy you will create and set the right priorities, you will use customer insights and data coming from different sources. Exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills are a must for this role as there will be many competing priorities and deadlines that will require strong organizational and priority setting skills. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced team looking for a creative and data-driven professional who wants to do great work that delights our customers!Basic QualificationsBA in Communications or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5-7 years content experience at an agency or in a marketing department producing branded online contentProficient in Word, PowerPoint and the ability to navigate and learn a CMSUnderstanding of content marketing fundamentals (including SEO and localization) with a desire to consistently strategize on new ways to market our productsGreat storytelling skills in English. An additional language is a plusGood knowledge and understanding of social media management and strategyStrong ability to interpret insights and data to build a truly customer-focused content strategyPreferred QualificationsNative English speakerCrisp communication skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of teams including design, social media, product marketing, research, consumer marketing, sales teams, legal/PRAbility to frugally manage external agency partners and freelancers, insisting on the highest standards while consistently delivering on deadlineHands-on approachExperience executing a global content strategy and supporting a localization strategyLocationRemote within EUEqual Employment Opportunity
