Reporting to the Operations Director, the position will play the following roles:Assist to the Project Manager and other team members regarding the management of the contractual relationship between the contract parties and in resolving contractual issues in a proactive manner before and/or when they occur.Analyze the contract to raise awareness of notification requirements and to allow the responsible team members to efficiently coordinate interfaces.Monitor the execution of the contract with the aim of identifying risks and opportunities for potential claims.Perform and lead Contract, claim and variations Strategy meetings (internal and external).Prepare, update, and coordinate the claim and defense strategy of the company for each project.Prepare, collect, document, and coordinate the sent out of all documents related to a certain claim, variation, or time extension.Supporting the Project Team in notifying, assessing, asserting/defending, negotiating, and monitoring identified claims e.g., by preparing notifications and claim letters.Supporting the legal department in case of Dispute Resolution and arbitration / court proceedings.Assist and review Project budget control, results simulation and treasury planning managed by the Project ManagersDesign of key indicators in each Project.Report and assist the Operations Director in their tasks.Project analysis of deviations, their causes, and collaborate in the planning of actions.Control of project purchase orders and documentation.Review of project cost allocation at the ERP.REQUIRED SKILLSYou have successfully completed a university degree, ideally in any financial degree with a legal/law master or extra education.You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function and have experience in negotiating claims and financial analysis.Expertise in international contract law and negotiation techniques are part of your profile.Experience in sales and project management as well a knowledge of the leisure, commercial or cultural fit-out market , its customers and competitors would be highly appreciated.Very good know-how and experience in risk management as well as intercultural experience complete your profile.Analytical skills and great communicator.Your knowledge of English and Spanish is business fluent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
