(more details below )The role in a nutshellIn this role, you will be responsible for managing Coupa's integration into business processes. You will utilize your expertise to cover various areas, including governance, value realization, change management, catalog management, and supplier risk management. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including third-party service providers, to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient service delivery. This is a highly rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of procurement processes and practices.More specifically, you will be expected to:Represent regional BU needs to Coupa Change Control Board;Maintain supplier and procurement standards as well as regulatory compliance;Analyze KPIs and report on Coupa benefits.Lead internal communication on Coupa and provide regular reports to site teams;Assess change impacts on Coupa functionality and mitigate risks;Identify drive and implement initiatives for benefit realization.Document, manage and implement new business requirements.Maintain functional design standards and documentation.Align catalog strategy with business requirements.Ensure catalog data quality and advise on new opportunities.Assist in catalog-related projects.Configure Coupa Risk Assess for corporate requirements.Support vendor management for supplier onboardingImplement workflow and program changes as needed.Do you have what it takes?Business/IT degree with a minimum of 5 years of S2P experience;Proficiency in Coupa and associated ERPs like SAP;Familiarity with analytics tools such as PowerBI;Strong leadership and project management skills;Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders;Training and facilitation experience is a must.Language : As you will be part of a global team, you must be able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages such as French, German and/or Spanish is desirable. The solution has been deployed in some parts of the business in Q4 2023 and we are continuing our journey to roll-out the global solution to all sites to cover Australia, Spain, UK, Germany, Italy and Canada.The global AMS team is formed by functional teams located in the north of Spain, Australia and Canada, combined with a central team located in Malaga. This new Group supports the business users globally from an applications management support perspective.
