vidIQ is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our Creator Support Department as a Creator/Customer Support Specialist.You will play a crucial role in providing support to our valued users.In this role, you will be responsible for:Assisting users with their inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutionsOffering guidance and support to users on how to effectively utilize vidIQ's features and toolsIdentifying and troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate teams if neededBuilding strong relationships with users and ensuring their satisfaction with our servicesCollecting feedback from users and sharing it with the product development team to help improve our platformExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team2+ years experience in providing customer supportKnowledge of YouTube and other social media platformsUnderstanding of video content creation and optimizationAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracyFlexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidaysProficiency in using customer support tools and software (Intercom, Asana, Stripe)Ability to work from 6 am to 2 pm PST, including both weekendsNice to have:You haveyour own small YouTube channelProficiency in different languagesAt vidIQ, we value teamwork, innovation, and a positive work environment.
