That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:Take incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email, log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer)Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledgeSupport technical enquires and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargersProgress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management systemProactively update customers with status and resolution progressMonitor / progress all open queries in queueEscalate potential service issues to appropriate levelEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedRespond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned managerAchieve an excellent customer satisfaction levelConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level of French and advanced level of EnglishPossess excellent customer care skills, knowledge, and awarenessHave adequate professional experienceAre able to implement and manage changes in processesAre responsible and possess independent work habitHave good communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistanceFollow the security rules of the companyIf you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
