What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Representative on our team, you will:Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveriesHandle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systemsWork together as a group and achieve set goals Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of EngAre adaptable, customer focused and results orientatedCan learn tasks and processesDesire to work with good customer experiencesAre energetic with well-developed communication skillsHave good telephone communication skills, and excellent time management skillsHave good computer skills, knowledge and experience of Microsoft and Internet.If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
